HDAC-IV-四柱型水热压机
Four column hot water press; Product No.: hp-2103; Model: hdac-iv-dac. The main feature of the cell is that it adopts IN718 superalloy material and carries out high temperature and high pressure in-situ test on the premise of considering high strength mechanical properties.
Technical description of hdac-iv DAC:
1. The material is high temperature heat resistant IN718 alloy with hardness of HRC50 ± 1；
2. The processing specification is based on the metric specification, equipped with metric screw accessories;
3. Machining accuracy requirements: parallelism is better than ± 005, no tolerance indicated ± 0.02, coaxiality 0.003, perpendicularity 0.002, finish - base surface 0.4, end face 0.8; ZrO2 / WC seat, 0.005 parallelism, no tolerance ±0.02, hardness hrc90;
4. Appearance Matt antirust treatment, independent vacuum packaging;
5. Each set of press accessories: grade 12.9 10-32 * 1 left and right screw, 2 for each; There are 8 3-48 top wire base meters, 100 307-20s high-strength disc springs, 2 protective base meters and 2 WC cushion blocks.
