Product No.: hp-2101; Model: SK DAC. The main feature of the cell is that it adopts IN718 superalloy material and carries out in-situ high temperature and high pressure experiments on the premise of considering high strength mechanical properties.
Technical description of SK DAC:
1. The material is imported IN718 superalloy with hardness of HRC50 ± 1； The use temperature is room temperature ~ 1000K;
2. The processing specification is based on the American Standard, equipped with imported American screw accessories;
3. Machining accuracy requirements: parallelism is better than ± 005, no tolerance indicated ±0.02, coaxiality 0.003, perpendicularity 0.002, finish - base surface 0.4, end face 0.8; WC seat, 0.005 parallelism, no tolerance ±0.02, hardness hrc90;
4. Appearance Matt antirust treatment, independent vacuum packaging;
Each set of press accessories: grade 12.9 8-32 * 1 left and right screw, 2 for each; 3-48 top silk Jimi, 8 pieces.
