HV / UHV getter pump and composite pump series
EMGseries getter pump is assembled on the basis of sintered porous getter with high suction rate, large suction capacity and good mechanical properties. Compared with the previous suction pump, this kind of pump adopts a new flange design, which makes the assembly of the whole pump body more integrated, simpler and more stable. The suction material used has higher porosity, especially the suction element provided has multiple suction activation cycles, thus prolonging the service life of the suction pump. The pumping rate of this kind of pump can be selected according to the needs of customers, 100L / S ~ 2000L / s. According to the user's working conditions, it can be used as a composite pump with small ion pump.
EMG series getter pump features:
1. High inspiratory capacity and long life;
2. Excellent suction rate in high vacuum, ultra-high vacuum and very high vacuum;
3. Hydrogen and its isotopes can be absorbed and discharged reversibly, so it can be used as a hydrogen pump;
4. The suction pump can be activated at ambient temperature (room temperature ~ 200oC) after proper process.It can work under the environment without external power supply, so it is really portable;
5. No oil and vibration;
6. Small volume and light weight.

It can be used with ion pump, diffusion pump, cold pump or molecular pump to improve the limit vacuum;
