In order to obtain larger samples and higher experimental temperatures, the contribution of a large tonnage high-temperature press device is required. The main technical parameters of the compact press device manufactured by our company are:
The tonnage of the press can be customized, with a maximum loading tonnage of up to 2000 tons (20MN). It can be supported by two or four columns, with a compact structure, small footprint, and light weight;
Ø Oil cylinder design: Adopting an upper position, it is convenient to replace the secondary boosting module below the oil cylinder piston with an electric/manual guide rail, and the lower position can be customized;
The oil cylinder and lower support seat are both fixed with threaded screws. When maintenance is needed, they can be conveniently lifted or repaired through the hanging system in the room;

The distance between the upper and lower tabletops can be customized, with a conventional piston stroke of 50-100mm, which can be customized;
Ø The loading and unloading speed can be adjusted, and the conventional design can reach up to 10MPa/min;
The maximum normal operating pressure of the oil pump does not exceed 200MPa, and the pressure stabilization accuracy is better than 0.05MPa;
Ø Pressure control method: PLC and microcomputer control. In addition to the fast pump, the hydraulic system also needs to be equipped with a large-diameter plunger type booster to form a dual pressure system. During the high-pressure stage, the fast pump stops pressurizing and the plunger type booster is used for precise pressure control;


Suitable sample size: 1-10mm sample, maximum pressure>15GPa;
Ø Displacement control: The working piston is equipped with a laser position sensor, which records the position of the working piston throughout the experiment. When the working piston approaches the pressure divider device, it automatically slows down the pressurization speed to avoid damage to the hammer head caused by too fast pressurization speed. The resolution of the laser displacement sensor is 0.01mm;
Temperature control: Heating power: 6kW, using dual channel voltage and current switching, with one level ranging from 50V-120A; The first gear is 10V-600A; Support dual thermocouple temperature measurement, equipped with thermocouple failure protection. If the thermocouple is abnormal during the experiment, heating will automatically stop. The maximum temperature of the sample is greater than 2000 ℃.
Modular design concept, capable of assembling bidirectional electric sliding rails and storage platforms, flexible assembly of 6-8 type secondary pressurization modules, piston cylinder pressurization modules, traditional PE pressurization modules, multi anvil and other pressurization modules for use;
Ø Friendly and concise upper computer operation interface, which allows setting pressure and temperature curves on the computer, controlling pressure and temperature, and achieving remote control;
Install front and rear protective windows;
Equipped with Blow out (commonly known as blasting, sample explosion phenomenon) protection, the pressure will automatically stop when the pressure drops abnormally during the experiment.
