A typical 600K external heating BX90-DAC high-temperature system
The system consists of a simple temperature control system and press components, with the advantages of easy operation and precise control, and can be used in conjunction with optical measurement systems or synchrotron radiation devices. According to the maximum operating temperature limit of 600K, different sizes of external heating sleeves and corresponding DAC components can be freely combined.
Standard configuration content:
BX90 (Sk) press body (excluding anvil and pad): high temperature resistant In718 material;
External heating sleeve: EMTWHT50-30 type, with a maximum temperature not exceeding 600K;
WC pad: High temperature tungsten carbide pad;
Temperature control instrument: HT-N1000 type, with easy operation and connection to the heating sleeve. Please refer to the device example diagram below for details.
