Equipment purpose: To pressurize the high-pressure gas output from the steel cylinder to an ultra-high pressure of 3000 bar for scientific research experiments. Can be used for experimental requirements such as ultra-high pressure boosting and inflation of DAC compressors, and research on the corrosion effects of high-pressure hydrogen on various metal materials.

Principle of gas pressurization system: The gas loader consists of a drive motor, a two-stage compression chamber, and a control valve group, which drives the connecting rod piston to compress the gas chamber. The intake valve opens at 100 bar and hydrogen enters the primary pressure chamber, pushing the connecting rod piston to the bottom of the chamber; The motor drives the connecting rod piston to do work, compressing hydrogen gas to 1000 bar; The exhaust valve is opened, and 1000bar hydrogen gas enters the advanced pressure chamber. The pressure chamber piston is pushed to the bottom of the chamber; The motor drives the connecting rod piston to do work, compressing hydrogen gas to 3000 bar; The exhaust valve is closed, and the connecting rod drives the piston to return to its original position, preparing to re-enter cycle 1; After the cycle is completed, open all valves to release pressure and end the work after reaching atmospheric pressure.
