Product Overview:
The EM series electromagnet can improve the size and uniformity of the magnetic field within a certain range by replacing the electromagnet pole heads, and can also change the size of the magnetic field by adjusting the pole head spacing. This type of electromagnet is well compatible with the magnetic field platform designed by customers. Mainly used for research on hysteresis phenomena, magnetization coefficient measurement, Hall effect research, magneto-optical experiments, magnetic field annealing, nuclear magnetic resonance, electron paramagnetic resonance, biological research, magnetic measurement, magnetic material orientation, magnetic product magnetization, and other research.

Characteristics:

The single yoke water-cooled U-shaped structure has the characteristics of wide field of view, high magnetic field strength, and easy adjustment of magnetic field strength;

The working air gap adjustment of the electromagnet is lightweight and flexible, and the pole head is equipped with threads for easy replacement and installation;

If matched with our independently developed high-precision bipolar constant current power supply, it can form a multifunctional laboratory magnetic field generation system. In this system, through the output of a true bipolar constant current power supply, fast and uniform magnetic field scanning and magnetic field commutation can be achieved, thereby avoiding the interruption problem of zero crossing reversal when using a discontinuous power supply and achieving true zero magnetic field.

    


Ø High precision constant current power supply


The high-precision constant current power supply developed by our company can be widely used as an excitation source for electromagnets and Helmholtz coils. The power supply adopts a linear power supply structure, with high output current stability, low ripple and noise. The power output current can continuously vary between positive and negative rated maximum currents, and the current smoothly and continuously crosses zero, which can generate a smooth and stable magnetic field in the electromagnet or coil. Modular addition of built-in Gaussian meter to achieve precise feedback, real-time display, and control of magnetic field current relationship. Simultaneously supporting remote control, making it simpler and more convenient to use.


Control mode:


Local interface control: parameter setting and modification can be achieved through the power supply's own interface operation;


※ Remote control: Connect to the upper computer through RS232 interface to achieve software control.
