This type of product can be matched with different sizes of diamond anvil presses by changing the size of the upper cap 1 (as shown in the attached diagram), and the operation is simple. The reduction rate of the mechanical gearbox is 176:1. The driving screw at the bottom of the press rotates once, which is equivalent to the synchronous piston movement of about 2.5 microns when the lower end of the press is pressurized. Through the subdivision of the reduction rate of the mechanical gearbox, the movement can be accurately reduced to 0.03-0.1 microns each time. The manual mechanical gearbox is used to control the pressure of multiple DACs, and the pressure control device is equipped with a 5-digit resolution electronic turning counter.
The pressure control device body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy 7075 and 304 stainless steel. All gears inside the pressure control device are made of steel or brass. All other components are made of metal, so the structure of the pressure control device is very sturdy, and all movements are reliable and repeatable. The pressure control device has reserved metric threaded holes for combination installation with other components, such as outside a low-temperature thermostat or using a ruby pressure gauge system. The entire device can be treated without magnetization; Easy to operate; The disassembly and assembly of samples is simple, and it is easy to remove samples from the device platform for offline testing after pressurization.

Brief instructions for use: Place the diamond anvil press 2, which has been loaded with samples and pressurized, on pressure sensor 3. Place pressure sensor 3 between adapter plate 4 and diamond anvil press 2, and secure it with nuts and 4. Then tighten the upper cap 1 to fix the position of the press 2, and the drive between the manual gearbox tool 6 and the press 2 is transmitted through the synchronous piston 5 and the reduction device 7. A set of experimental equipment for high-pressure loading has been assembled in this way. By rotating the handwheel at the front end and combining it with a digital angle display, the speed of rotation can be manually controlled to control the speed of the pressurization or depressurization process. Subsequently, optical measurement methods can be used to monitor in real-time the changes in axial pressure on the sample in the press caused by the sensor pressure, as well as the changes in the sample's organizational structure, making it convenient to compare the consistency of each experiment.
