This type of cell is widely used in PPMS electrical, magnetic, or liquid high-voltage (such as battery materials) experiments, and can be used for neutron studies of sample high-voltage synthesis processes, as well as electrical measurements of electrochemical experiments under high voltage. The maximum application pressure of a conventional high-pressure pack can reach 4.0 GPa, while the maximum pressure of an 8.5mm outer diameter magnetic cell is 1-1.5 GPa.
Technical Specifications:
The outer shell material is high-strength beryllium copper, and the inner cavity is NiCrAl non-magnetic alloy;
The hardness of the processed inner cavity material is HRC56 ± 1;
The main body height of the standard product is 62mm, with an outer diameter of 25mm (for neutron experiments, the outer diameter can be selected as 20.5mm or customized to be smaller, and the material can also be customized according to the working conditions: non-magnetic tungsten carbide, titanium zirconium, aluminum alloy, etc.);
Each set of press accessories includes 20 CF4 sample boxes, 40 sealing gaskets, 20 sealing plugs, 2 WC pads (one with or without holes), 1 WC pressure rod, 1 stainless steel sample return rod, and 1 set of stainless steel protective cover.
